KYC Requirements
Every new user must complete ID verification as part of onboarding and ongoing checks. Document submission may be required at registration, before withdrawals, or during periodic reviews.

Prohibited Activities

Consequences of Non-Compliance
Non-compliance or suspicious activity may trigger proportionate measures consistent with law and internal policies. Action may be immediate where risks are significant.

User Responsibilities
The account holder must provide accurate and updated personal data and complete verification within the requested timeframe. Users should respond promptly to requests for additional document submission or clarification during reviews. Only payment methods legally owned and controlled by the account holder may be used, and any changes should be declared. Suspicious activity that could affect account protection must be reported to support without delay, and users are expected to cooperate in any investigation. Responsible gaming and compliance duties apply at all times.
